๐Ÿ”’ Operational Disclaimers & Safety Notes
  • Unsupported Composites: Do NOT use this appliance to seal industrial factory retort pouches, self-standing prepared chili paste packaging, or factory heat-sterilized wet pet food meals (e.g., commercial ready-to-eat chestnut pouches). These items feature a specialized RCPP (Retort Cast Polypropylene) core liner with extreme industrial thermal resistance thresholds that portable consumer devices cannot melt.
  • Maximum Thickness Threshold: The consumer retail engineering limit supports up to 13 mils single-side (26 mils double-side).
  • Preheating Recommendation: For sealing a thick bag with Gear 4 or above, we suggest clamping down the sealer around 6 seconds first for preheat to get the best result.
  • Seal Area Cleanliness: Check the sealing position. If there is liquid, dirt, powder, etc., it must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing to avoid sealing failure and air leakage in the future.
